In summer we begin to install our new line for monofloral honeys.
It is the year we have invested most in analytics to ensure the best quality. All the raw material and the final product is analyzed in the best laboratory. This laboratory is in Germany and it is a reference in the honey world.
We have travelled more than the last year. Purchase and export, both departments, have visited several companies and beekeepers.
